Vorendis (“we”, “us”) is a company owned by Tathom Group. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit vorendis.com, contact us, or use the Vorendis service. We comply with the data protection laws that apply to you and to us.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our forms: your name, work email, organisation, phone number and your message.
- Account details for people who use Vorendis: names, email addresses, sign-in records and billing contacts.
- Basic technical data our servers record when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We keep these logs for security.
Files you store in Vorendis
Files your organisation stores in Vorendis belong to your organisation. We hold them only to provide the service. We do not open, read or analyse them unless you ask us to for support, or the law requires it. We never sell them, use them for advertising, or use them to train AI systems.
How we use personal data
- To reply to your questions and set up your free month.
- To provide, secure and support the Vorendis service.
- To send invoices and account notices.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We use personal data only where we have a lawful basis: your consent, a contract with you or your organisation, our legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in running a secure business. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Vorendis, such as hosting and email providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. Some of these providers may process data in other countries. When that happens we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, as data protection law requires. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, account and billing records for as long as the law requires, and stored files until your organisation deletes them or leaves Vorendis.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and loads its fonts from our own server. WordPress sets cookies only for people who sign in to manage the website.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we’ll respond within the time the law allows. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
