Vorendis gives growing businesses a private workspace for their files, documents, chat, calls and calendars. They own it, they control who gets in, and they can reach a real person when they need help.
Why Vorendis exists
Most small and mid-sized businesses run their entire office on platforms they don’t control. The terms can change at any time, the price goes up when the provider decides, and help usually means a help article or a ticket queue.
Those businesses hold some of the most sensitive information there is: client files, contracts, patient records, payroll. They deserve the same control over it as a global bank, without needing an IT department. Vorendis gives them that, and sets it up for them.
What we stand for
Your work belongs to you
Files, messages and calendars are yours. We hold them only to run the service, and never sell them, use them for advertising or use them to train AI.
No lock-in
You can download everything in standard formats whenever you want. There are no exit fees and no waiting period.
Security people actually use
Protection only works if your team uses it, so we keep the controls simple and set them up properly with you.
Help from real people
When something goes wrong, you talk to someone who knows your setup, in your time zone.
