Why I started Tathom Virtual Assistants
I'm Tajé, the founder of Tathom Virtual Assistants. I've worked in customer service, sales and technical support for a large US company, so I know first-hand how much time small tasks take, and how much a reliable pair of hands is worth.
I started Tathom Virtual Assistants to give business owners that support without the cost and hassle of hiring: one dedicated assistant, clear monthly pricing, and a real person to talk to. If something isn't right, tell me and I'll fix it.

Only the access each task needs
You decide which accounts your assistant can use. Nothing more than the job requires.
Passwords stay protected
We recommend a password manager (like 1Password or Bitwarden) so logins are shared without being seen. You can revoke access instantly.
Secure payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
No passwords in forms
We will never ask you to send passwords by email or through our website forms.
Privacy wherever you are
We follow internationally recognised privacy principles: we collect only what your service needs, use it only for your work, and delete it when you ask.
Our 14-day satisfaction promise
If you're not happy in your first 14 days, we'll replace your assistant at no cost, or refund the unused part of your first month. Your choice. We’d rather earn your trust than keep a client who isn’t happy.
