Protecting your account
Encrypted connections
Every connection to Vorendis, from a browser, phone or desktop app, is encrypted, so your files can’t be read as they travel.
Two-step sign-in
Require a code from an authenticator app as well as a password. Repeated failed sign-in attempts are slowed down automatically.
Control over devices
See which computers and phones are signed in, and sign out a lost laptop or phone from anywhere.
Access by team and folder
People see only the folders they need. Remove someone’s access the moment they leave.
Protecting what you share
Links with limits
Shared links can have a password, an expiry date and view-only rights. Revoke any link at any time.
A record of everything
See who opened, changed, shared or deleted a file, and when.
Recovering from mistakes
Version history
Every save keeps a version, so you can go back to an earlier draft.
Recycle bin
Deleted files and folders can be restored. If files are damaged by a virus on someone’s computer, earlier versions are still there.
